OIO 2011 - Apr 1-3

We're going back to the http://www.capecod-irishvillage.com/ to check out their new facility. They've set aside 20 rooms for us for the weekend of Apr 1-3. He said the rates will be I think $5 more than last year due to a tax increase. And I haven't heard back from him, but I asked him to sign us up for Bayberry Hills this year to mix things up a bit. The contact info is on their website and everyone should call and book their own rooms again this year.

I have my room reserved for the 2011 OIO at the New Cape Cod Irish Village. It should be fun! I will be arriving in Boston at 10:54am. My game may not arrive until July...if anyone sees it, please send it back!

many people have yet to hear about this year's gathering. Facebook, Twitter, etc. are only useful if one is a member and knows how to check them but I hear those sites have been full of info for awhile. Even this site is not helpful this year as there does not seem to much activity, in fact I checked it in late Jan and there were no new postings to be seen.

Might I suggest that you clear away the old postings from last year and direct those on the other social sites back here for this year's discussion.

I plan to attend with Jason again and will book a room.

Jake are you going to make it? You can room with us again.

Yeah, we're in trouble for the father/son for sure. As far as "social networking" site go, I don't use that stuff but I believe Tom does, so he can post something up there. My view is that we gave everyone this website last year to use and it's their responsibility to come check for the updates. There was also a group email that went out earlier this year with a link to this site but I don't know that everyone was on the list. I know some people have had trouble finding the info once they get here, so I'll try to reorganize things to make it easier to find...when I get some time.

Information was posted on Facebook and I will send out another email directing everyone to this site. Nothing has changed from previous years.

I will be attending. I will make a reservation and let you know if I have any guests. Thanks for getting the site up to date.
